Moffat Library's Fashion Designer Club. For children ages 7-10. 4:00-5:00 PM, January 26 & March 23. This program, run by teen volunteers, aims to introduce children to fashion and allow them to use their creativity to express themselves! Children will be taught the basic elements of fashion design and each meeting will follow a curated lesson focusing on a new trend or era in fashion. Children need to be accompanied by an adult.
